a.) walking and singing, minding her own business, until she bumps into you -- that whole cliche "oops sorry i should've watched where i was going" scenario -- and then the two of you become friends or something like that

b.) she's at DDR -- luka's just going to show off her amazing rhythm game skills on the dance floor. feel free to ask her for a dance, ask her for a drink or something, whatever! ]
