Everyone GET DOWN
[suddenly, with no warning what so ever, the lights go out all at once. But it's all right, because LIGHTS!
CAMERA!
ACTION!
-- Wait wait wait, when did someone manage to set up a stage in the middle of Central Station anyway? Oh well, details, who cares because we brought music and rhythm games and likely the racing and fighting and shooting games too because who can say no to score attack? (Not your cup of tea? That's okay, it's what SEGA Bass Fishing is for!)
Did you really expect an arcade to open up and there to not be a major company's mascot character to show up? Exactly how many games do you think exist in this arcade that's published by SEGA anyway? Wanna join in? It's cool, we got your back. Calling all my All-Stars, let's all get up and jam!
But it seems Sonic's not on the stage dancing by himself. There's another kid up here, dressed in a snazzy suit. Must be a new kid considering he's not a familiar face around here. It's all right though, what with the new game machine that SEGA put out last year, Phantom R was making a splash even outside of his own handheld game]
Ready?
It's... SHOWTIME!
[OOC: SO I'll be tagging as both Sonic the Hedgehog and Phantom R from Rhythm Thief because SEGA likes it's arcade games. Not sure what game is being shown? It's MaiMai Plus aka that game that looks like a washing machine, which has been recently gotten the plus version with both 3 songs from Rhythm Thief and 3 songs from the Sonic franchisenot that Sonic needs more reason to be in the arcade because he's already in All-Stars Racing and Sonic the Fighters among others . Likely, both of them will reply (in the same comment or otherwise noted) or, if you just want to speak with one specifically, let me know in the subject!
IF YOU WANT TO JOIN THE DANCING. Let's all be friends as these two glory hogs try to steal the show- Yea, okay I'm done with the terrible puns and references... for now.and they fixed the lights when the show's over too. They're terrible, but they're not mean!]

Between the three of them and the (mandatory?!) audience participation, there's a full dance number underway! You'd think this was a scripted event, or something, but no, it's just that
EVERYONE IN THIS COMPANY IS CRAZY??]no subject
insaneHAPPY MUSICAL FAMILY)][... Everyone from this company is insane. Absolutely insane]
[but the musical number as to end at some point
fuck you marathon modeso as the lights dim and the music fades away...]Hey, Ulala~ How's the racing for ya?
[Phantom R will just feel... a little left out, hat held in his hands and looking around in awe. Well, his game has only been out for a year...]

[She winks, obviously not too bothered by some kid's opinion-- there's at least a few people that pick her every time they stop by, so she can't complain!]
It's super cool being able to play with everybody all the time, though. Party every day!
[And she'll just reach around the kid's shoulders and tug R back into the conversation because HEY FRESH MEAT WE'RE ALL SO PROUD OF YOU AND YOUR RE-RELEASE--]
And who knows, maybe we'll get some new people joining us eventually! What do you guys think?

Awww, Ulala~ Well, everyone should know by now that if it's speed they want, then I'm the one they should go for. No one to blame but themselves for that.
And it means I don't have to yell at everyone about that permanent game over thing either, now that we have the race tracks.
[and Sonic walks to R's other side and makes a Noob Sandwich. R seems a bit flustered by this...?]
Well~ I've gotta go make a list and check it twice, but considering Monsieur Popular-in-Nippon here... [grin!]
You guys... [lopsided smile as he resigns himself to getting squished by a three foot tall blue hedgehog and a swinging reporter]

You know newbies, though. The guys from other companies aren't usually so lucky as us in the get-togethers department, so I'm sure they appreciate the reminder! Y'know, until Smash Brothers goes arcade, or something... but nobody's really holding their breath on that one~

That would be the day, huh? Dunno, the Big M hasn't really done anything arcade centric for a while... not since that one kart racing title.
Sp-Speaking of... [he has to tilt his head away to avoid accidentally talking into Ulala's boobs wow those platform boots give you one heck of a boost huh?
No, R, you're just small] ... Don't you have a PSA to make?[side eyes] R, you're making it sound like I can't get to the announcement room fast enough to make my appointment. Right, Ulala?
