Everyone GET DOWN
[suddenly, with no warning what so ever, the lights go out all at once. But it's all right, because LIGHTS!
CAMERA!
ACTION!
-- Wait wait wait, when did someone manage to set up a stage in the middle of Central Station anyway? Oh well, details, who cares because we brought music and rhythm games and likely the racing and fighting and shooting games too because who can say no to score attack? (Not your cup of tea? That's okay, it's what SEGA Bass Fishing is for!)
Did you really expect an arcade to open up and there to not be a major company's mascot character to show up? Exactly how many games do you think exist in this arcade that's published by SEGA anyway? Wanna join in? It's cool, we got your back. Calling all my All-Stars, let's all get up and jam!
But it seems Sonic's not on the stage dancing by himself. There's another kid up here, dressed in a snazzy suit. Must be a new kid considering he's not a familiar face around here. It's all right though, what with the new game machine that SEGA put out last year, Phantom R was making a splash even outside of his own handheld game]
Ready?
It's... SHOWTIME!
[OOC: SO I'll be tagging as both Sonic the Hedgehog and Phantom R from Rhythm Thief because SEGA likes it's arcade games. Not sure what game is being shown? It's MaiMai Plus aka that game that looks like a washing machine, which has been recently gotten the plus version with both 3 songs from Rhythm Thief and 3 songs from the Sonic franchisenot that Sonic needs more reason to be in the arcade because he's already in All-Stars Racing and Sonic the Fighters among others . Likely, both of them will reply (in the same comment or otherwise noted) or, if you just want to speak with one specifically, let me know in the subject!
IF YOU WANT TO JOIN THE DANCING. Let's all be friends as these two glory hogs try to steal the show- Yea, okay I'm done with the terrible puns and references... for now.and they fixed the lights when the show's over too. They're terrible, but they're not mean!]

speaking of Sega liking arcade games and crossovers
Vocaloids might as well be part timers with the number of Project DIVA games that are out wooooo
I MEAN, IT WASN'T LIKE SEGA KNEW HOW POPULAR THESE THREE WOULD BE AND GOT MIKU TO DANCE A COVER OF THE JAPANESE OPENING OF RHYTHM THIEF OR NOTHING]
Fancy running into you here. [and he also pulls her to the middle of the stage] So how about you lead this next dance?
[go nuts, Miku, these two can keep up
if those MMD mods are any indication oh god YouTube/NicoNico why this, why that, why like this like that?]no subject
That'd be my pleasure, Phantom R-san! Ehe!
[OF COURSE THIS WASN'T PLANNED BY SEGA. That would be too easy of an explanation for why her choreography is perfect despite supposedly not being in on what the next song would be! Or why the other two can also keep up perfectly in step with her
the real answer is MMD is humankind's greatest creation.]no subject
[... No, this wasn't some terrible marketing scheme to get more people to purchase SEGA products. not at all! We are just naturally that good]
Aw right! Thanks to everyone for watching!
[so long as everyone's having fun, right?
who wants an encore or some CR?][The crowds back to milling around though, Sonic and Phantom R both turn to Miku to give their co-worker a quick thank you... Which meant a suave and smooth by from R and a wink and thumbs up from Sonic]
Merci! Definitely one of the best dances we've had yet!
So how are things in your game, Miku? [not said; 'how you liking that cameo outfit?']

She's comfortable in the cosplay - it's cute, fun and the fanboys love it! ...Although the name across her butt is a little embarrassing, so she pretends it isn't there.
ANYWAY.]
It's really exciting right now! It was Kaito's birthday recently, so we're in contest mode until the end of February!

[R, meanwhile, made a face at the mention of Kaito. Nnnngh, life was hard when people ACTIVELY MISTAKE YOU FOR A VOCALOID RECOLOUR because your Japanese title was 'Kaitou'. R will just be pouting over thurrrrr]
[and it's okay, everyone should be used to seeing Sonic's name and face over everything ever so he's not even phased by it]
Hope all the gamers haven't gotten too out of hand. Some of those cringe worthy first tries... [/sigh, those poor kids that didn't realize there was a drift pedal in All-Stars Racing. On Pinball Highway too. (so much bouncing around the stage haha)]

Well as for gamers, I won't lie, they can have it tough. And newbies always want to play the same things, like World is Mine or Po Pi Po, as though I don't have any other songs... but that's something any famous singer faces, right?
[but her booty-!
...aww baby no, how could anyone mistake Kaitou for Kaito!?
Now Akaito is another story...Miku has no clue so she's blinking a bit at him when she notices]Uh, something wrong, R-san?
work and school are eating up my freetime. tl;dr I'M TOO SLOW
[he would know. Green Hill Zone everywhere, all the time, behold! THE TROPE NAMER--]
... Oh! Nah, I'm fine. Though it's kinda overwhelming here, isn't it?
[topic change a go-go!]
that's cool as long as you don't mind me being slow too +u+
Overwhelming? Can you really say that when you drew all the attention to yourself in the first place?
Sonic'll be over there, crying at how slow his co-workers are
It's different from being on a handheld, non?
[Sonic just shakes his head and shrugs at the two]

Although, the folks here are a lot more varied! [as in not shadow-people-with-glowsticks] That in itself is dazzling, I suppose! Right?
[She smiles at them both.]
