Yeah, that's... one'a the things we dunno about. Ya see, none'a us remember bein' unplugged.
There was an Outta Order sign on the game, but when I got back it wasn't there anymore.

[He doesn't answer whether or not that's what happens to unplugged games, because he doesn't know. If a game gets unplugged because it's been put Out of Order, that means the players think it's broken. Turbo always thought that once an unplugged game was taken away... that was it. The console was thrown away, or taken apart or something.
Maybe that's still what happens. Maybe Turbo Time was a special case.
But even if it was special to him, why would Litwak sell a game he thought didn't work? Did he know it wasn't really broken?
