He's admittedly a bit strange, but this is an arcade, so it's not uncommon you'd run into different looking characters. Yet, it's definitely bigger than any arcade he's ever seen. Heck, it's...almost too big. How would gamers even have the time to play every game in this place? It just didn't make any sense to the racer.
