[ Hey there.
Hey hey hey.
You guys might not know this guy yet, you may have seen him poke into your game (it's boring being locked-away promo content, let me tell you, but at least he gets to be the weapon upgrader behind the scenes), but you've got a blond-haired, goggled Laguna... in the middle of Central Station. Because when there's lots of people around, it's the best time to start making weapons for people in his own game, right? (He may or not be breaking the rules by stealing parts from other games. He hasn't checked.) And he's got all sorts of scrap parts around him, a creature - almost like a lion - was looking for people, looking to get their attention. Because today... today, they had a good feeling! A good feeling they could make friends. ]
